The fact that there was a tanker seen on the trailer, obviously to keep the ingredients separate while in transit, makes Mr. Sinnets account all the more credible.

Agree. I believe it was nitromethane inside that tank, and that the guys took it to Emrick's Storage where the actual bomb was mixed.

to me, Sinnett is one of THE most important witnesses. He identified McVeigh positive 100% as the guy who came in and used the restroom and the shorter guy who pumped gas and bought the sandwich was John Doe #2. He said McVeigh "got in his face" "like a top sargeant" outside of the door of the convenience store where McVeigh screamed at him angry, then they went back to the truck. I suspect McVeigh was pissed the guy went inside and was observed buying a sandwich.

PART 2 will cover: Phillips 66 in Perkins, Oklahoma

3 witnesses all saw McVeigh and John Doe #2 enter the store, again, to ensure the truck's tank was topped off. JD2 also went inside, and when he was inside he got the attention of two workers for loitering at a display. McVeigh also got the attention of a worker because he cut in line, was rude, and paid for only about $1.00 - $2.00 in gasoline.
